Where Passion Meets Industry Expertise

I am passionate about two things: the power of efficient systems and the incredible beauty of the Hospitality industry. My journey into this world started close to home. My wife owns La Mer Guesthouse in Port Elizabeth, which hosts weekly groups of foreign tourists.

The Problem I Saw

For years, I watched local tour guides and operators visit the guesthouse with their brochures. Some were high-quality and expensive, yet they all struggled with the same issue: they were all trying to sell the exact same activities.

I felt for these operators because their websites often didn’t work for them. They lacked the tools to be creative, build their own unique activity packages, and truly outpace their competition by offering something nobody else had.

The Barrier to Entry

I discovered that most existing systems were out of reach for many. They required high monthly fees and took a percentage of every sale, yet they still didn’t “tick all the boxes” for what an operator truly needs.
